This clinic is designed to give the ability.to survive in everyday life with the stamina to persevere in any situation where you need to protect yourself, your family and friends.
It will provide information on conditioning, flexibility, strength, defensive drills, and how to strike and defeat any attacker with optimal execution!
Everyone who participates in this clinic, will gain lifelong benefits from being exposed to the information presented.
All will gain the ability to grow in strength, flexibility, balance, and self-discipline, while developing self-esteem, habit and an avenue to relieve stress and tension.
This clinic will serve as an introduction to becoming a Peaceful Warrior.
