I Know once you implement these principles into every fiber of your being, along with a champions attitude you will come out of every situation on top. Not saying how I preach my technique is Gospel, But It works for me, and with the ability to conform my examples to your mind and body, it will work for you as well.

In this Video I will try to impress upon you the most probable weapons you have available to you on your person, upon your hands are a plethora of weapons you can condition and use for your defense. No searching, No fumbling for, No reloading, No thought process, you have all the Protection you need at the end of your arms.

1-10) Fingers and Thumbs, Fingernails could be counted as another 10.
11-14) Fists, Front and Back of Index Finger and Middle Finger Knuckles.
In Order to make the fist a true weapon, you must bend the fingers Tightly into the palm as shown in video, to prevent the thumb from being injured, wrap it across the 1st 2 fingers.
15-16) Palms, a simple clapping action or as a strike.
17-18) Palm Heel, fingers either bent together at the middle knuckle or aligned together extended back-words toward your forearm.
19-20) Knife Hand/Karate Chop, Fingers Tightly knit together, thumb along the forefinger.
21-22) Hammer-fist, With a tight clenched fist as described above, strike with the meaty portion of the hand.
23-24) Spear Finger, Single finger
25-26) Double Spear Finger, Index finger supported by middle finger
27-28) Triple Spear Finger, Index, middle and ring finger supporting one another
29-30) Spear Hand, all four fingers together.
31-32) Ridge-Hand, Finger clenched together striking with the side of the index knuckle
33-36) Inside and outside of wrist
37-38) Web-Hand, the area between the tip of your thumb to the tip of your forefinger.
39-40) Middle Knuckles, Thumb tucked along forefinger, fingers bent at first knuckles
Your Concentrated Areas Of Attack Are Simply The Eyes, Ears, Nose And Throat. Beyond Those areas, You Can Attack Joints, Knees, Ankles, Wrists, Elbows, as well as Insteps, Toes and Shins. Spine, Base of Neck, and Juggler.

Explained throughout the video but, the keys to protecting your hands is a solid Wrap. The concentration is the Entire hand and wrist.
Pad the Knuckles, Secure the area across the knuckles with a tight bond while fingers are spread. Slight wrap between the fingers to protect the capillaries and a firm bond across the back of the hand, across the metacarpals. Finish with a diagonal wrap to about mid forearm to protect the wrist.
